Photo : Michael Goodman - Président Fondateur Michael Goodman began his career as an executive recruiter in 1986 with Armitage Associates, and the following year joined the Montreal office of Coopers and Lybrand. He continued his career in partnership with Gilles Tremblay and Associates, following which he joined forces with Claude Vezina to create a new firm, Vezina Goodman. In 2004, Michael formed Michael Goodman Executive Search, representing clients from a wide variety of industry sectors to help them identify the kind of executive talent needed to create stronger organizations.

He has also been involved with various professional and charitable organizations as a volunteer and board member. He has regularly been invited to act as a guest lecturer at McGill University and HEC Montréal, and has given presentations on career planning issues to MBA students at both institutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and a law degree from the Université de Montréal.

Before joining Michael Goodman Executive Search she spent several years at two of the largest international recruiting firms. Beginning in research and subsequently consulting in the recruitment of executive level management, her experience spans all of the essential elements to successful recruitment.

Diane’s ability to target potential candidates in a timely, accurate and perceptive fashion as well as her disciplined approach to process provides a resourcefulness and professionalism that has consistently served our clients’ needs in the successful recruitment of top executive talent.
